What Do We Do?
- We broker Small Scale Offers made by Companies to issue securities to raise capital;
- Small Scale Offers made by the Owners/Shareholders of companies to sell (transfer) their securities, and;
- Link Capital Group is accredited by ASSOB to Sponsor qualifying Small Scale Offers onto the ASSOB platform.
Before your business can list its offer to issue or sell securities on the ASSOB platform, you must first appoint an accredited ASSOB Sponsor.
Who Are We?
Baydn Dodds is a Director and SME Funding Strategist at Link Capital Group, having recently made the decision to form the business with Jessica following many years in a variety of corporate roles. His most recent role involved leading a highly skilled team in large property development projects throughout Queensland and NSW.
Baydn is a Certified Practising Accountant with Post Graduate Property qualifications, is a Commissioner for Declarations and also holds a full Queensland Real Estate licence.
