As an accredited ASSOB Sponsor we are able to offer property developers and others our sponsoring services to assist in your capital raising requirements for funding profitable property development projects.
The legal entity structure for development projects listed on the ASSOB platform are by way of a single purpose unlisted Public Company (Ltd) with equity redemption upon project completion and wind up of the company.
Staying listed on the ASSOB platform provides the Company’s new shareholders with access to ASSOB’s restricted secondary sale platform where they can offer to transfer some or all of their holding.
